Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 business days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that we accept returns and they can be exchanged for an exchange (either the same item or a different item of the same value) or store credit, but we do not offer refunds.


To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, you can contact us at daswimwear@outlook.com or our WhatsApp number +1 (849) 360-9123, making the appropriate request and stating the reason for your return, along with photographs showing the condition of the item.


If your return is accepted, we will tell you how and where to send your package. Please note that you, as the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the package (order), and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once a return or exchange has been approved, via email or WhatsApp, you have 14 days to return the item.

In case of damage or problems:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and provide an appropriate solution.


To assess the situation, we ask that when you contact us at daswimwear@outlook.com or our WhatsApp number +1 (849) 360-9123 to report the issue with your garment, you attach: 1. Unboxing video of the package. 2. Photograph of the shipping label. 3. Photographs of the garment and a photograph of the packaging. This will make it easier for us to provide a prompt solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on personalized items (custom-made items or items made to order), sale items (including coupons), items in Final Sale category or gift cards. Exchanges:

Once your return is accepted, you must return the item you purchased to us. Once we receive it, we will issue you a coupon for the value of the returned item so you can make a new purchase through our website (shipping costs not included).


Refunds:

As we mentioned at the beginning, we do not offer refunds. Returns give you the option to exchange the item for a larger size or another item of the same value, or to accumulate credits for a new purchase.


This option will be activated once we have received and inspected your return. Upon acceptance, we will notify you of the exchange or credit coupon.
